Monday – Calf pain so off.
Tuesday – Same. Pushups. 50 regular then 20 on the fingertips. Do 8 pullups.
Wednesday – Same with the calf. Twelve pullups. Some pushups, I forget.
Thursday – Calf getting better but not 100%. I didn’t count but I did intervals of 10 to 20 one leg squats without weight. Then I did dog on the fire hydrant exercise with ankle weights – 8lbs on each leg. Reps of ten. Hit the bag a bit with round kicks, which need a huge amount of work. Stretch out reasonably well after this.
